This form is used to display the history of changes to the Course Version.

The data displayed in this form is maintained in the Maintain Basic Course Details form (CRSF1210).

Rules/Notes:

Perform query to retrieve a known Course Version.

Changes to the Course Version are displayed in reverse chronological order.

This form is entered in context for the Course Version used in a previous Audit or Course Structure and Planning form. For example: CRSF1210.

A query must be performed where:

• Other course forms have not been entered in the current session; or
• Another course form has been used but was exited in query mode.

Fields in the Spread Table list on this help page which are marked as [VET] are only visible in cross-sector and VET installations of Callista, where they are displayed regardless of whether the context course is HE or VET
