Purpose

This form allows an inquiry to be made of the history of an Admission International Agent Record

The Admission International Agent history Inquiry allows the user to check on historical data on an admission international agent record.

This form is accessed from the main menu.

The Admission International Agent block contains:

• Person ID
• Sex
• Date of Birth
• Commencement Period
• Admission Process Category
• Course Version
• Agency Org Unit Code (LOV)
• Start Date
• End Date

The Admission International Agent History block contains:

• History Start Date

Spread Table

• Start Date
• End Date
• Agency Org Unit Code
• Org Unit Start Date
• Contact check box
• %
• Agent Person ID
• Primary Agency check box
• Contact Details
• History End Date
• History By

Rules/Notes:

When a new record is added, the previous record's End Date value is used as the New record's Start Date value.

Within the Agency Org Unit Code LOV, there is a field named Current Agents. This field should display ‘Y’ if a current (Start Date between Start and End Dates) record exists in the agency_agent table for the Org Unit. This field should display ‘N’ if a current record does not exist in the agency_agent table for the Org Unit.
