Purpose

To display history details for a Student Unit Attempt.

This form is used to display the history of changes to a student's unit attempt record.

The data displayed in this form is maintained in the Record Enrolments - Unit form (ENRF3000).

The Student Unit Attempt block contains:

Note: VET and cross-sector (HE/VET) installations display VET-specific fields in this form. These fields do not appear in HE only installations.

Perform a query to retrieve a known Person.

Changes to a student's Unit Attempt records are displayed in reverse chronological order.

This form is entered in context for the student where the form has been previously accessed within the current session.

The Override Govt Industry Code field displays the value from the Override Govt Industry Code field for the 'Override Fund' T-List item in (ENRF3000h). (See also STAF1142.)

The Last Attended Date field is optional and applies to VET units only. It displays the value from the Last Attended Date field on the 'Discontinue' T-List item in ENRF3000 (see ENR3000h). It represents the day the student last attended an activity or class for a discontinued VET unit.
This field is used in the HOURS_ATTENDED calculation for Skills Victoria reporting purposes (see STAJ8000).
