Purpose

The lists are used by exam supervisors to record the attendance/non-attendance of students at examinations

Run Details

This job is run:

  • At intervals before/during an Examination Period.

This job is run during examination periods to provide information which can be used to:

  • Act as a checklist for those in Attendance (or not in attendance).
  • Record comments about individual students at examinations.

It is recommended that this job be run in batch mode. However, it can be run online, particularly where the report is run with parameters specifying a small data set, such as a specific Examination Session.

  • Examination Calendar
  • Centrally Managed Examination Only?
    This parameter allows for the running of the report displaying:
    • Centrally managed examinations only; or
    • Non-centrally managed examinations only; or
    • Both centrally and non-centrally managed exams.
  • Unit Code
  • Assessment Item
  • Internal and External Locations?
    This parameter allows the report to be produced for:
    • Internal exam locations/venues only; or
    • External exam locations/venues only; or
    • Both internal and external exam locations/venues.
  • Examination Location
  • Examination Venue
  • Examination Date
  • Examination Session

There are four different sort combinations for the attendance roll and three different sort combinations within a roll that can be selected from the LOV.

The report is presented in portrait mode.
