Purpose

This report displays Advanced Standing applications from a specified date. It may include all records or only exceptions

Most parameters for this job are used to refine the data set produced in the report.

This report can be run for all Advanced Standing applications recorded on the Creation Date or can list Exceptions only. Exceptions are those Advanced Standing applications that have not been granted.

This job is run:

• During Admission and Enrolment periods
• At any time deemed necessary for whatever reason

This job is run during Admission and Enrolment periods to provide a list of Advanced Standing applications for review.

The Advanced Standing Grants Report block contains:

• Advanced Standing Granting Log Record(s) Creation Date
  This parameter allows the user to select a log created on a specified date. The log contains the details of the Advanced Standing applications recorded on the specified date
• Include Records From Log Table After The Creation Date? check box
  This parameter, when set to 'Y', allows the report to retrieve all Advanced Standing records from the creation date selected in the previous parameter to the current date. When set to 'N', the report displays applications recorded to the creation date selected
• Course Code
• Course Status
• Person ID(s) (separate by commas)
  This parameter allows the user to run the report for a specific person or person's. Where several person ID's are to be listed, separate the ID's with commas
• Report Exceptions Only? check box

Rules/Notes:

When available, the Discipline Group code and description are displayed with Unit level details.

Discipline Group code and description are displayed on a new line at the end of Unit Level information.

This job can be run online, particularly where the report is run with parameters specifying a small data set, such as a specific Person ID.
