Extracts Scholarship Application Summary data to be viewed in a spreadsheet

This module extracts scholarship application summary data in a delimited file that can be loaded into Microsoft Excel. The extract is designed to provide data to allow the AVCC scholarship applicants spreadsheet to be completed.

This job runs in both Immediate and job Scheduler modes. This job does not produce a report. It creates an Extract file, which is then viewed within Excel.

Running this job:

• Produces the AVCC Scholarships Summary file to the specified output directory
• With the same output filename as a file that already exists results in the original file being overridden.

Refer to the Job Control and Scheduling (JBSINTR3) subsystem for details on scheduling and running standing requests.

This job is accessed from the main menu.

The Scholarship Application Summary Extract block contains:

Parameters Tab:

• Finalised Admission Period (LOV)
• Preliminary Admission Period (LOV)
• Output Filename

Rules/Notes:

Finalised Admission Period

• Returns Scholarship Applications that are within the Finalised Admission Period

Preliminary Admission Period

• Returns Scholarship Applications that are within the Preliminary (Pre-Finalised) Admission Period

Output Filename

• The Name of the produced Extract File (this can be user defined)
