This purpose of this form is to create and maintain institution defined Commonwealth Learning Scholarship Statuses

Scholarships

This form is used by institutions to define Commonwealth Learning Scholarship (CLS) statuses. Each institution defined Scholarship Status maps to a Government Scholarship Status.

This form can be accessed from the main menu or STAF1132 (Maintain Government Scholarship Status).

The Scholarship Status block contains:

• Scholarship Status
• Description
• Govt Scholarship Status
• Closed check box

Rules/Notes:

To create a new Scholarship Status:

• Enter Insert mode
• Enter the new scholarship status to be defined
• Enter the corresponding description for the Scholarship Status in the Description field
• Select the Government Scholarship Status this Scholarship Status maps to
• Check closed check box if required
• Save

Rules/Notes:

A Scholarship Status cannot be mapped to a closed Government Scholarship Status

Once in use, a Scholarship Status cannot be closed.

• Find the record to be modified
• Modify the record as required
• Save

Rules/Notes:

Once in use, a Scholarship Status should not be modified.

To delete a Scholarship Status:

• Find the record to be deleted
• Locate the cursor in the record to be deleted
• Delete record
• Save

Rules/Notes:

A Scholarship Status can be closed preventing any further use by selecting the Closed check box.
