About This Screen

The screen is divided into three blocks:

 

Person block

Displays information about the person selected by the query. Enter a Person ID or use any of the other fields in this block to find a person. Alternatively, click on the Find Person icon to display the Find Person screen where more complex queries can be used to locate a person.

 

Exam Calendar block

Displays Exam Calendars where the student has an Exam Instance. The display defaults to the latest Exam Calendar. Use the down and up arrow keys to scroll through all the Exam Calendars relevant to the student. A query may be performed to select a single Exam Calendar.

 

Examination Detail block

Displays all the Student’s Exam Instances within an Exam Calendar.

Lamps

In the Exam Calendar block – Indicates the last Extract Date on which the Exam Timetable was created.

In the Examination Detail block – Indicates if the exam is a serial examination (“Timeslot Exam”), if the start time has been overridden (“Location Start Time Offset”), or if the exam is designated as a quarantined examination (“Special Session”).

In the Course Details block - Indicates if the student has taken an alternate exit for this course.

 

Overflow Areas

Other Exam Detail area – Displays further details at Unit Attempt Level and includes Venue and timeslot details.

Course Details area – Displays further details at Course Attempt Level.

Toggle buttons – Course Details or Exam Details buttons toggle between the Other Exam Detail and Course Detail displays.

 

Other Buttons

Person Inquiry button – Clicking on the button displays further details about the student in Person Inquiry screen.

Assessment Item button - Clicking on the button displays the details of the Unit Assessment item for the particular Assessment Type/Reference in the Assessment Items screen.

Venue Address button – Clicking on the button displays the address of the venue in the Venue Address screen.
