Detail in This Form

Person ID - the identification number of a person recorded in Callista. A person may or may not be a student.

Address Type - determines what information should be included in an address. For example, an overseas address may not require a Postcode (as an Australian address does) but will require specification of a country. Different Address Types are created to record these different requirements. The Address Details displayed depends on the Address Type of the record.

Start Date - the date from which the address is/was effective.

End Date - the date on which the address ceased to be effective. An address with no End Date is a current address.

Address Details - the Address Details displayed may vary depending on the Address Type of the selected record. For example, an internal institution address requires different details to an overseas postal address. Where more than one Correspondence or Other address is recorded for a person, it is necessary to scroll through the records by clicking on one of the Address Types and clicking on the Next or Previous Record buttons.
