Purpose

To substantiate invoice detail exported to the External Finance System via I_INVOICE_SUMMARY

INTR0135 shows details of invoices to substantiate the invoice summary data exported to the external finance system via I_INVOICE_SUMMARY.

The report is used as an audit report by internal or external auditors.

It is recommended that this report be run in batch mode. However, it can be run online, particularly where the report run is with parameters specifying a small data set.

Internet Browser Configuration

Refer to Internet_Browser_Configuration for instructions on how to configure the internet browser. The Internet Explorer web browser for the Mac OS operating system does not allow download to network locations.

 

Posting Detail Report Block

Parameters tab

Select Either... Sub-Block

  • Invoice Summary
  • Sequence Number

or

  • Batch Date

or

  • GL Posting Range
    • Start Date
    • End Date

And a combination of the following parameters... Sub-Block

  • Fee Type
  • Fee Category

Create Spreadsheet Button

Rules/Notes:

The report is presented in plain, landscape format. It includes subtotals for each I_INVOICE_SUMMARY record and final totals only.

The sort order of the Summary Group is:

  • iis_sequence_number
  • Customer number
  • Invoice due date
  • Invoice number

 

 

 

 

 

Clicking on the Create Spreadsheet button will generate an Excel spreadsheet file that can be saved to your hard drive.
