Explanation

The procedure for preparing Government statistics is described in The Government Statistics Process.

The objective of this form was to enable the System to identify which Government Semester(s) individual Student Unit Attempts (SUAs) should be reported in. Since its replacement by STAF1350, this form is only used to query information prior to 2005.

Therefore, this form is now only used to view:

• Individual submission details
• Government Semesters being reported for a submission
• Load calendars (standard) contributing to the load for a Government Semester
• Teaching calendars contributing to the load for a different Government Semester to the load calendar with which they are associated
