Purpose	To assign scholarship accounts to scholarship students

This form is used to assign scholarship accounts to student research or undergraduate scholarships. As some scholarships are funded from more than one source, it is possible to assign multiple accounts to the same scholarship, with percentages being used to define the portions paid from each account.

The Scholarship block contains:

Person ID
Staff Number
Course
Scholarship Type
Start Date
End Date
Dollar Value

The Scholarship Account block contains:

Include Deleted Items check box
Calendar Type
Account Code
Deletion Date
Percentage
Account Description
Start Date
End Date
Account Status

Rules/Notes:

The total percentages of the accounts assigned to a scholarship must be 100%.

The percentage value entered must fall in the range of .001 to 100%.
