Run Window

This form can be called from the forms:

  • Maintain Request Details (JBSF5210) - top block
  • Maintain Request Schedule Details (JBSF5212) - via Request Schedule button (top block) of JBSF5210
  • Maintain Standing Request Frequency (JBSF5211) - via Standing Request Frequency button (same button as Request Schedule button) in JBSF5210 when Standing Request check box is selected
  • Maintain Job Details (JBSF4110) - via Restrictions button (top block)
  • Maintain Batch Queue Details (JBSF4500) - top block

It is accessed via an icon in the calling form, and appears as a pop-up window overlaying the form.

Although the form itself is inquiry only, it can be used in one of three ways:

  • To display details of a Run Window already in use in the calling form. Only the relevant record is presented initially, though the form can be re-queried
  • To provide a Run Window to insert as a new entry in the calling form (except for JBSF5212, JBSF5211). All open Run Windows are available for selection when the form is entered
  • To supply a Run Window to replace the existing one in the calling form (JBSF4500, and JBSF5210 only). The form is queried, and a new record selected

The days and times during which the Run Window is active are shown in the Run Window Interval block below.
