GENF4870 - Person Workflow Instance Inquiry

Purpose

Use this form to display all Workflow Process Instances that have been created for a particular person

Oracle Workflow Monitor (User Mode)

  

Use this form to query all Workflow Process Instances created for a particular person. These records are usually created as part of the initiation of an Oracle Workflow Process Instance. This form is available from the menu only.

An iconic button navigates to the Oracle Workflow Monitor tool in user mode. The user mode enables the workflow instance to be viewed but not modified.

The Person block contains:

  • Person ID
  • Sex
  • Date Of Birth

The Workflow Instances block contains:

  • Workflow Process Type
  • Process Status
  • Start Date
  • End Date
  • Outcome
  • Workflow User Key

    Button

    • Oracle Workflow Monitor (User Mode)
