This form enables you to easily identify an Oracle Workflow Process in Callista by giving it a Workflow Process Type.

The Workflow Process Type is mapped to an Oracle Workflow Item and an Oracle Workflow Item Process.

Buttons provide navigation (with context) to the Workflow Process Instance Inquiry form (GENF4850) and the Maintain Workflow Process Activity Attribute form (GENF4810).

An Explanation field is available as future proofing against a time when a student might see multiple initiation points for workflow processes through a self-service facility.

Note: This form will only function correctly if Oracle Workflow has been installed and the corresponding Callista workflow scripts have also been run.

This form is accessed from the main menu.

The Cohort Rule Types are COHORTPRSN and COHORT-AA.

The context table is ADM_APPL_CWF_PROCESS. This System Data is catered for in the GENK_PRC_CWF.GENP_GET_CWF_ATTR_VAR routine that sets workflow attributes and is called from Oracle Workflow.

Only one open Workflow Process Type can be mapped to each of these System Workflow Process Types: AGNT-SBMT, AGNT-WHDRW, AGNT-DOC and AGNT-UPD.
