Purpose

Allows documents stored in Callista to be selected and viewed.

SubSystem

General

This form allows documents stored in Callista to be viewed through a Callista SMS form. A list of documents, along with various related details, will be displayed for the person shown in the Person block. A selected document can be viewed by clicking on the Open button.

These documents are stored in Callista by the Person Electronic Upload (ACPEEDUPLD) application, which may be available to Agents using Electronic Admission.

This form can be accessed via the main menu.

The Person block contains:

• Person ID
• Sex
• Date of Birth

The Documents block contains:

• Document ID
• Document Type
• Filename
• Creation Date
• Archive Date
• Creator Person ID
• MME Content Type
• External Reference
• Comments

Rules/Notes:

This form is 'view only' and can be used only for selecting documents for viewing.

Records cannot be created, modified or deleted in this form.

To view a document

• Select this form in the main menu
• Query for the student whose document you wish to view
• Select the document you wish to view
• Click on the Open button.

Rules/Notes:

When the Open button is clicked, a new browser window will open and display the selected document.

To close the document, close the browser window.
