Run Details

The report details the particular institution-defined Encumbrance Type, its effects and any recorded details pertaining to the Encumbrance. This report incorporates a summary of the student's Academic Course History including Advanced Standing and Enrolled Studies.

Under the Advanced Standing Unit Level (ASUL) part of the report, a Discipline section includes the institution Discipline Code and its Description. This is displayed on a new line after the current information. If there is no Discipline Group Code then this line does not appear.

This job is run:

  • For Academic Review Boards when reviewing student records.
  • To provide information for Unit Coordinators and Enrolment Officers.
  • At any time deemed necessary for whatever reason.

Rule/Notes:

 

Most parameters for this job are used to refine the data set produced in the report.

By entering a Start Date and an End Date in the parameter form, the report selects all students who have had an Academic Encumbrance applied during the specified period. If the Start and End Date parameters are left blank, the report selects only Enrolled students with a current Academic Encumbrance.

Select ALL or a number of specific Course Codes.

There are several sort combinations available in the Sort Order parameter.

The report can be run for a specific Encumbrance Type and/or a specific Person ID. When listing more than one Person ID, each ID number must be separated by a comma.

Rules/Notes:

The report is presented in portrait mode.

The report displays details on students Academic Encumbrances and includes details of their Academic History.
