Run Details

This job is run during Enrolment Periods to provide a list of students and their Courses by Load Calendar.

Refer to the Job Control and Scheduling Subsystem for details of scheduling and running batch and online jobs.

 

The Student List Report block contains:

  • Location 1
  • Location 2
  • Location 3
  • Location 4
  • Organisational Unit 1
  • Organisational Unit 2
  • Load Calendar
  • Commencement Type

More Tab

  • Attendance Type
  • Attendance Mode
  • Course Attempts Status

Rule/Notes:

 

Most parameters for this job are used to refine the data set produced in the report.

The report can be run for several specific Locations or ALL Locations.

Commencement Type can display:

  • ALL students (both new and returning).
  • NEW students; or
  • RETURNING students.

Select up to three Course Attempt Statuses.

Several sorting combinations are available in the Order By parameter.

Rules/Notes:

The report is presented in landscape mode.
