To create Unit Enrolment Statistics for Staff Connect

This job summarises current Enrolment data at the Unit Offering Option level. This data is used by the Unit Statistics Report. At this stage, only HE units are included.

The Create Unit Enrolment Statistics block contains:

• Academic Period
• Teaching Period
• Organisational Unit
• Unit Code

Rules/Notes:

Up to 70 characters can be used per field.

To Run this job in Schedule Mode:

• Enter parameter tab of this form
• Define an appropriate Academic Period, Teaching Period, Unit Code and Organisation Unit Code
• Run this job in Schedule mode
• Navigate to JBSF5300 to ensure it completes appropriately

Rules/Notes:

Jobs cannot be run in Immediate Mode.

Teaching Period must be subordinate to the Academic Period. If a Teaching Period is entered that is not related to the Academic Period, then an error message will be displayed.
