ENRF4800 - Student Course Attempt Workflow Inquiry

Purpose

This form will display all Workflow Process Instances that have been created in context of a particular Student Course Attempt

Use this form to display all Workflow Process Instances created for a particular Student Course Attempt. These records are created as part of the initiation of an Oracle Workflow Process Instance. This form is available from the menu only.

An iconic button navigates to the Oracle Workflow Monitor tool in user mode. The user mode enables the Workflow Instance to be viewed but not modified.

The Student Course Attempt block contains:

  • Person ID
  • Sex
  • Date Of Birth
  • Course Attempt Status
  • Course Version

The Workflow Instance block contains:

  • Workflow Process Type
  • Process Status
  • Start Date
  • End Date
  • Outcome
  • Workflow User Key
