To record an explanatory message for each Course Attempt Status for display in web functionality

This form is used to record descriptions and Notes against each System Course Attempt Status. Course Status Notes are used to provide students with an explanation of their Course Attempt Status displayed in Callista Connect applications such as Results and View Enrolments.

The System Course Attempt Status block contains:

• Course Attempt Status
• Description
• Assess Fees check box
• Notes

This form is entered displaying all System Course Attempt Statuses.

For each System Course Attempt Status, record an explanation of the status in the Notes field.

The Course Status Description may also be updated if necessary.

The Assess Fees check box shows whether or not fees can be assessed for Course Attempts of that status. The UNCONFIRM status is an exception in that predictive Fee Assessment can be performed for unconfirmed Student Course Attempts when this is done through FINJ3500. This check box is System set and cannot be modified by users.

Rules/Notes:

Status Notes recorded here should be easily understood by students.

Notes recorded here are displayed as status explanations in the Course Attempt Status Inquiry application, which is called by Callista Connect applications such as Results.
