General Calendar Configuration This block is used to specify Date Aliases which have been chosen by the institution to represent non-Enrolment specific dates. Each of these System Dates is defined and their use explained in the explanation of Enrolment Calendar Configuration. For example, if the institution determines that Census Dates will be represented by the Date Alias CENSUS, then by recording CENSUS in the Census Date Alias field in this form, the System will recognise CENSUS for any activity involving Census Dates. Enrolment Calendar Configuration This block is used to specify the Date Aliases which have been chosen by the institution to represent various Enrolment related System Dates. Rules/Notes: Subsystem setup data is recorded in this form. Once it is set up and in use, the data should not be modified or deleted. The action taken by the process depends on the 'Enrolled Rule Cutoff' Date Alias and the 'Invalid Rule Cutoff' Date Alias, both are described in the introduction to Enrolment Calendar Configuration, and is dependant on the Status Update Override selection.
