Enrolment Category Procedure Step Element |
This form is used to specify the web element displayed for each enrolment step in the Callista Connect self enrolment application. Web elements are mapped to steps of the Enrolment Method Type 'WEB'. These elements are used to determine the appearance of the web enrolment menus. For example: the menu could consist of text links, or buttons or images. When defining the web element for enrolment steps, the structure requires that specific elements be defined:
The available statuses are:
Undefined Not all statuses for an enrolment step within a Process Type must be defined. At a minimum, web elements can be defined for the UNDEFINED status for each enrolment step process type. The system uses the UNDEFINED status as the default for all the other statuses. For example: when looking for a web element for a step, the self-enrolment application:
Waived However, using the UNDEFINED status can become a hindrance if a step is not to be displayed. For example: any WAIVED steps are not to be displayed in the self-enrolment application. Correcting Waived To correct this, a web element must be defined for each status that is to be displayed except the WAIVED and UNDEFINED statuses. For example: to prevent the WAIVED steps from appearing but allow all other statuses to be displayed, a web element must be mapped against the OPTIONAL, MANDATORY, COMPLETED, DISABLED, NEXT and PREVIOUS statuses. |
