This job is run to provide information on courses for the purpose of:

  • Annual Review
  • Rollover of Courses

This report can be run in both batch and online modes. However, when running the report online, it should be run with Parameters specifying a small data set, such as a Responsible Organisational Unit or Campus.

Refer to the Job Control and Scheduling Subsystem for details of scheduling and running batch and online jobs.

  • Responsible Org Unit
  • Owning Org Unit
  • Org Unit Member Type
  • Course Type
  • Campus
  • Attendance Mode
  • Attendance Type
  • Sort By

 

Most parameters for this job are used to refine the data set produced in the report.

A Sort By parameter is available.
