This job is run to provide information on units for the purpose of:

• Annual Review
• Rollover of Units
• Superior and Subordinate Unit Relationships

This job can be run in both batch and online modes. However, when running the report online, it should be run with Parameters specifying a small data set, such as a specific Owning Organisational Unit.

The Unit Data Report - Extended block contains:

• Sort By
• THEN Sort By

Most Parameters for this job are used to refine the data set produced in the report.

The Unit Version Status Parameter allows the report to be run for one to three statuses. For example, the report could be run for only ACTIVE units or for ACTIVE, CURRENT and PLANNED units. By default, the report is run for ACTIVE units.

A Sort By Parameter is available.

Rules/Notes:

The report is presented in landscape mode.

The report includes details on:

• Credit Points and Override Credit Points
• Special details available. For example, whether the unit is assessable, a research unit, has a supplementary exam, or repeatable
• Course Unit Level
• Subordinate Unit Versions
• Unit Discipline
• Teaching Responsibility
• Unit Reference Codes
• Unit Rules; and
• Unit Offering Options
• Work Experience in Industry Codes
