This job can also be used to produce an exception list for the outgoing electronic message. See below for details. See Understanding Correspondence - How Correspondence Items are Created. Rules/Notes:
You can only send electronic messages using Schedule ASAP or Schedule. Do not use Run to send an electronic message. To create and send an electronic message is a manual process to either an individual (Person ID) or a group (Person ID Group). |
