Purpose

This report produces a Wall Calendar displaying Date Alias Instance details in each Day block for the selected Month and Year

Run Details

This job is run to produce a Monthly Wall Calendar displaying the Date Alias Instances inserted into Day blocks for the Month and Year selected.

This report should be run online.

Refer to the Job Control and Scheduling Subsystem for details of scheduling and running online jobs.

The Monthly Calendar Report block contains:

Parameters Tab

• Month
  Select the Month parameter. Only the Months that the calendar has been created for is displayed in the LOV.
• Year
  Select the Year parameter. Only the Years that the calendar has been created for are displayed in the LOV.
• Format
  This parameter allows the report to printed on a single page or on two pages.

Rules/Notes:

The report is presented in landscape mode.

When printed in double page format, the day blocks are printed a larger size to allow for personal reminders to be recorded.
