This form displays a History of a Person's Details

This form enables the display of history details for a Person within Callista. When person data is updated or created in Callista forms, a record of the change will be tracked within this form. When a person is deleted via Callista forms, the corresponding history details will also be removed.

This function also displays details of:

  • History Start
  • History End Date
  • History By.

Date This form is accessed from the main menu.

 

The Person block contains:

  • Person ID
  • Sex
  • Date Of Birth

The Person History block contains:

  • History Start Date

  • Surname
  • Given Names
  • Title
  • Date Of Birth
  • Sex
  • Preferred Given Name
  • Email Address
  • Oracle User Name
  • Staff Member check box
  • Deceased check box
  • Auto Enable check box
  • History End Date
  • History By

Rules/Notes:

Fields in the Person History block cannot be edited.

Displayed information is a history of changes made in ADMF1213.
