Purpose

To display history details for a student's Payment Schedule

This form is used to display the history of changes to a student's Payment Schedule.

The data displayed in this form is maintained in the Maintain Person Payment Schedule form (FINF3800).

The Person block contains:

• Person ID
• Sex
• Date Of Birth

The Fee Type Calendar Instance block contains:

• Fee Type
• System Fee Type
• System Fee Trigger Category
• Calendar Type
• Start Date
• End Date

The Person Payment Schedule History block contains:

• History Start Date
• Spread table

Rules/Notes:

Perform query to retrieve a known Person ID.

Changes to the student's Payment Schedule are displayed in reverse chronological order.

This form is entered in context for the student where:

The form has previously been accessed within the current session; or FINF3800 has previously been entered within the current session.
