Purpose

To display history details for Fee Encumbrances

This form is used to display the history of changes to the Fee Encumbrances for a particular Fee Period.

The data displayed in this form is maintained in the Define Fee Encumbrances form (FINF2890).

FINF2890 is accessed via:

• The Maintain Fee Types form (FINF2100), and
• The Maintain Fee Categories form (FINF2800).

The Fee Encumbrance block contains:

• Calendar Type
• Start Date
• End Date
• Status
• Relation Type
• Fee Type
• Fee Cat
• Currency

The Fee Encumbrance History block contains:

• History Start Date
• Spread table

Rules/Notes:

Perform query to retrieve a known Fee Type and/or Fee Period.

Changes to the Fee Disbursement Formula are displayed in reverse chronological order.

This form is entered in context for the Fee Encumbrance where the form has previously been accessed within the current session.
