Purpose

To display history details for a Fee Disbursement Formula

This form is used to display the history of changes to a Fee Disbursement Formula for a Fee Type and Fee Period.

The data displayed in this form is maintained in the Maintain Fee Disbursement Formula form (FINF7210).

The Fee Disbursement Formula block contains:

• Fee Category
• Calendar Type
• Start Date
• End Date
• Status
• Formula Number
• Description

The Fee Disbursement Formula History block contains:

• History Start Date
• Spread table

Rules/Notes:

Perform query to retrieve a known Fee Type and/or Fee Period.

Changes to the Fee Disbursement Formula are displayed in reverse chronological order.

This form is entered in context for the Fee Type/Fee Period where:

The form has previously been accessed within the current session; or

FINF7210 has previously been entered within the current session and the Fee Type/Fee Period has a disbursement formula recorded.
