To display history details for a Funding Source

This form is used to display the history of changes applied to a Funding Source.

The data displayed in this form is maintained in the Maintain Funding Sources form (CRSF11B0).

The Funding Source block contains:

• Funding Source
• Sector
• Closed check box
• Description

The Funding Source History block contains:

• History Start Date
• Spread table

Rules/Notes:

Perform query to retrieve a known Funding Source or ALL funding sources.

Changes to the Funding Source are displayed in reverse chronological order.

This form is entered in context for the Funding Source where the form has been previously accessed within the current session.
