This form will display Application history details for a person’s Admission Application

The data displayed in this form is maintained in the Direct Admissions - Course form (ADMF3240).

The Admission Application block contains:

• Person ID
• Sex
• Date Of Birth
• Commencement Period
• Admissions Process Category
• Admission Appl Number

The Admission Application block contains:

• History Start Date

Spread Table

• Admission Method Type
• Application Date
• Application Status
• Fee Status
• Tac Application
• Intention to Apply for Scholarship check box
• Access and Equity Comments
• History End Date
• History By

Rules/Notes:

Perform query to retrieve a known applicant.

Changes to the applicant's Admission Application are displayed in reverse chronological order.

This form is entered in context for the applicant where the form has been previously accessed within the current session.
