When
a field is not correctly completed, the tab heading will have an '**'
after its title, and the field in question will have its title in red.
Note:
Parameter fields are used to limit the Admission Period and Admission
Process Category from which the job is to extract details, and limit
the Correspondence Type and Admission Outcome Status for which the
job is to extract details.
'Parameters'
tab fields are used to:
- Academic Period
Select the Academic Period for the Admission
Period. Only those Admission Applications within the Academic Period
will be selected for the extraction. Defaults to current Academic
Period.
- Admissions Period
Select the Admissions Calendar for the Admission Period. Only those
Admission Applications within the Admission Calendar will be selected
for the extraction. Defaults to current Admission Period.
- Admission Category
Select the Admission Category. Only those Admission Applications within
the Admission Category will be selected for the extraction. Defaults
to all.
- System Admission Process Type
Select the System Admission Process Type. Only those Admission Applications

Defaults to all.

to be produced. Defaults to all.
- Correspondence Type

- Admission Outcome Status

or form for offers, but doesn't wish this information to appear on
a rejected letter. (see CORF2540 - Admission Letter Specialist for further details.)
