This form allows you to view all workflow process instances related to an Admission Application.

A button allows navigation to the Oracle Workflow monitor tool, in view only mode, in context of the Workflow Process instance.

This form is accessed via the main menu.

The Admission Application block contains:

• Person ID
• Sex
• Date Of Birth
• Commencement Period
• Admission Process Category

The Workflow Instance block contains:

• Workflow Process Type
• Process Status
• Start Date
• End Date
• Outcome
• Work Flow User Key

  • Workflow (invokes Oracle Workflow Monitor tool)

Rules/Notes:

To View the Workflow Monitor for a Workflow Process instance:

• Query for context student
• Select the required Workflow Process Instance
• Click on the Workflow button

Rules/Notes:

An error will be displayed if you click on the Workflow button for a Workflow Process Instance that has been deleted.
