The Admission Course Applicants block contains:

  • Person ID
  • Sex
  • Date of Birth
  • Appln Outcome Status
  • Course Version

The Electronic Confirmation of Enrolment block contains:

  • Start Date
  • End Date
  • E-COE
  • E-COE Status
  • Immagration Office Code

Rules/Notes:

This function allows for the recording of an electronic confirmation of Enrolment Number. It also considers the Admission Method Type in its underlying functionality when referencing the Admission Process Category Steps.

The form may be entered either in the context of a particular Admission Course Application or, where course preferences are recorded and the appropriate Admission Process step is enabled, in the context of a particular Admission Course Application. E-COE details will apply at one or another level depending on the context.

 

Rules/Notes:

When accessed directly from menus, new records cannot be added as it is impossible to determine the correct context. Existing records can be modified as their context has already been established. 

When a pending E-COE record is created, no E-COE number should be recorded. When any other E-COE status is used an E-COE number must be captured.

The Department of Immigration needs to be reported to DEST whenever an accepted student E-COE is created or a SCV is reported via PRISMS. The referral Immigration Office must be an Australian based immigration office.

The E-COE application comments need to be reported to DEST whenever an accepted student E-COE is created and uploaded with the E-COE and Student data file extracted from PRISMS.

The SCV Reason and SCV Reason Comments need to be reported to DEST whenever an SCV is reported via PRISMS.
