Purpose

Allows the viewing and maintainance of an Applicant’s Previous Student Details

This form enables staff to view and maintain the applicant’s Previous Student Details. This form:

• Allows staff to view and alter the institution where the student was a previous student/applicant
• Allows staff to view and alter the applicant’s previous Student ID
• Includes a data button link (Alternative Person IDs) to ENRF3010 ‘Maintain Alternate Person Identifiers’ form.
• Includes a data button link (Duplicate Person) to ADMF1214 ‘Maintain Potential Duplicate Person Records’ form.

For example, add a new Deakin University Students previous institution, Monash, and provide the Monash Student ID

This form can be accessed via the main menu, or via ADMF3000 by selecting the Prev Instn button.

The Person block contains:

• Person ID
• Sex
• Date Of Birth

  Buttons

  • Find Person (ADMF1211)
  • Alternative Person IDs (ENRF3010)
  • Duplicate Person (ADMF1214)

The Previous Institution Details block contains:

• Institution Code (LOV)
• Institution Name
• Previous Person ID

Rules/Notes:

Columns in Institution Code LOV are:

• Institution Code
• Name
• Local Institution

To query the Previous Institution Details block:

• Query a person with multiple Previous Institution Detail records
• Query each field in the Previous Institution Details block.

Rules/Notes:

The Institution Code field is Mandatory.
