Only one valid course is displayed in the form at a time. Where a query returns multiple records, the Page Down and Page Up keys allows the user to scroll through the records.

The Query Restrictions button displays the Course Query Conditions overlay.

Where an enquirer may need further course application details, they can be referred to the Course Admission Assessment Officer or Admission Contact Person. The Contact Details button navigates to the Maintain Person Address Details form (ENRF3030) displaying address details for the Admission Assessment Officer or the Admission Contact Officer.

Rules/Notes:

Search criteria can be either a full field value, or part of the value + the wildcard character %.

For speed, it is recommended that either course Code or Title are used as search criteria.

Course Type is used to search for a level of degree. For example: 10 - Bachelor's Degree
