Purpose

To allow the creation and maintenance of Course Enquiry Package Items for a particular course

This form can be used to record or view Enquiry Package Items for a particular Course Code.

A query can be performed to retrieve a particular Course Offering. All Enquiry Package Items mapped to the Course Offering (if any) are also displayed. This provides a convenient method of viewing at a glance the standard Enquiry Package Items for the Course Offering.

The list of items can be altered by adding or deleting Enquiry Package Items for the Course Offering as required.

The Course Version block contains:

• Course Code
• Version Number
• Sector
• Course Status
• Title

The Course Enquiry Package Item block contains:

• Enquiry Package Item (LOV)
• Description

Rules:

Any changes made in this form to a Course Enquiry Package Item is reflected in the Maintain Enquiry Package Items form (ADMF1150).

Where a mapped Enquiry Package Item has been closed in ADMF1150, an '*' and message is displayed to indicate the item's closed status.
