ADMF0610 - Maintain Access and Equity Category

Purpose

To allow the recording of Institution defined Access and Equity Categories

Use this form to record the institution-defined Access and Equity Categories which can be used by the applicants when registering an application.

This form can be accessed via the Callista menu.

 

The Access and Equity block contains:

  • Access and Equity Category
  • Description
  • Closed check box
  • Explanation

Rules/Notes:

The Access and Equity Category and Description fields must contain data.

The Explanation field is optional. Where text is entered in this field it is displayed in the Applicant Portal.

This is a reference data form that is used to populate an LOV used in the Applicant Portal.

Rules/Notes:

Once used in the Applicant Portal, Access and Equity Categories cannot be deleted. Select the Closed check box to prevent further use.
