Purpose

To record and maintain Australian Secondary Subject Reference Details

ADMF0400 is used to record and maintain Australian Secondary Subject Reference Details. Secondary School Subjects can have a Subject Code, Description, Start Date, End Date, Secondary Subject Status, Assessment Type, Mark Level and Comments recorded against them.

Rules/Notes:

An Australian Secondary Subject cannot be mapped to a Closed Secondary Subject Status

An Australian Secondary Subject cannot be mapped to a closed Subject Mark Level

An Australian Secondary Subject cannot be mapped to a Closed Secondary Education Assessment Type

If supplied, an Australian Secondary Subject End Date must be greater than or equal to the Start Date.

Subjects with an End Date recorded must have a System Secondary Subject Status of INACTIVE.

Records are sorted by SUBJECT_CD in ascending order, and then START_DT in descending order.
