This form is used to set up the list of valid Health Care Provider Codes. Health Care Provider Codes can be recorded against an international applicant in Maintain Health Care Cover Details (ADMF32U0) as part of the Admission Process for international students.

Access directly from menus. An option is to add an explanation of individual Health Care Provider Codes.

Rules/Notes:

Once used in the System, records cannot be deleted. Select the Closed check box to prevent further use.
