ADMF02Q0 - Maintain ARTS Teaching Calendar Type Code

To allow the recording of TAC ARTS Teaching Calendar Type Codes

This form is used to record the Tertiary Admissions Centre Calendar Type Codes. The codes are used in the Automated Record Transfer System (ARTS).

 

The ARTS Calendar Type Code block contains:

  • ARTS Code
  • Description
  • Closed check box
  

ARTS Teaching Calendar Type Codes are mapped to institution defined Teaching Calendars in the Maintain Calendar Types form (CALF0220).

Refer to the TAC Handbook for details on ARTS calendar codes.

Rules/Notes:

Once used in the System, ARTS Codes should not be deleted. Select the Closed check box to prevent further use.

All Teaching Calendar Types must be mapped to an ARTS Code created in this form.
