This form enables the defining of Institute Immigration Office codes to Government Immigration Office codes. The defined codes will then be stored against students in ENRF3050 - Maintain Person International Details. The Department of Immigration needs to be reported to by the Department of Education, Science and Training (DEST), whenever an accepted student ECOE is creatred or a Student Course Variation (SCV) is reported via Provider Registration and International Student Management System (PRISMS). |

Rules/Notes: Cannot delete a new Immigration Office record if it has been used in a student international record. All mandatory fields (Immigration Office Code, Description and Government Immigration Office) must have data entered prior to committing when creating or updating records. Government Immigration Offices can only be mapped to open Country Codes. Government Immigration Office LOV's do not display in ADMF0340 when they are closed in this form. |
